The Coaching Adventure

 

Getting started is easy!  Most of the coaching is done on the telephone with some emailing thrown in for good measure.  An introductory coaching session is free, so why not give it a try?

Hopefully, you will realize the benefits of coaching and will decide to continue your sessions.   If you choose to continue, you will be asked to complete a client application and questionnaire, before the the first coaching session which is 75-90 minutes long.  Each subsequent session is 30-45 minutes long.  We recommend committing to at least three months of coaching in order to truly experience the benefits.  This is an appropriate time-frame in which to start, learn and possibly maintain new healthy behaviors.

 

After each session, you will be sent a follow-up note reviewing your goals.  This note will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours after your session, while it is still fresh in your mind.

 

Anything discussed during your sessions is completely confidential.  We abide by the code of ethics created by the International Coach Federation, which can be viewed at www.coachfederation.org/ethics/code_ethics.asp.  The coach is also listed in the Peer Resources Coaching Directory and meets all of their requirements.  Their site can be accessed at www.peer.ca/coaching.html.
