We specialize in general Health and Wellness Coaching, as well as coaching individuals with health challenges like extreme stress, obesity, nicotine addiction, a sedentary lifestyle, hyperlipidemia, and chronic illness.  Our goal is to support clients in their pursuit of "optimum wellness" and fulfilling lives.  Our unique approach to coaching balances honesty and pragmatism with understanding, compassion, and encouragement.

  

Health and Wellness coaching involves exploring and balancing issues related not only to your health, but also to your finances/career, relationships, and self development.  We believe it is the wonderfully combined symphony of all of these areas of our life that make up our "optimum wellness".

 

  

Health:  Includes your diet, exercise and activities, sleep habits, how you deal with stress, and your medical care and needs, such as medications or other therapies.  Achieving weight loss, coping with extreme stress, and/or dealing with chronic illness may be some of your health challenges.

 

Finances and Career:  Includes your financial securinty and what you do for a living, whether you work in or outside the home or your primary occupation is parenting.

 

Relationships:  Includes supportive as well as unsupportive individuals in your life and your ability or inability to ask for what you need from others and set up boundaries.

 

Self Development:  Includes time for yourself doing things you enjoy and self discovery activities.
